Termino

Termino is plugged into any available RCA socket, both digital and analog. By covering the holes you prevent RFI/EMI from contaminating the circuit boards while cleaning the system at the same time. The Termino plug contains our best Abysscurum Crystal Formula which is a mix of quartz crystals, minerals and ore. This acts as an artificial ground that gives a more immediate performance improvement than the subpar household grounding does. The Termino is our very best grounding tweak that replaces our older Noise Terminator, Plug and all forms of Hangers we designed in the past. It's our most portable tweak that you can keep in your wallet in case of an emergency when you don't want to listen to noisy sound at your friend's place.

All electronic devices generate noise when they are turned on, this noise circulates in the audio system and affects the sound negatively. The longer the system is on, the bigger the noise becomes.

When plugging the Termino into the RCA, the noise is naturally drawn into the Abysscurum Crystal Formula inside the Termino where it's cleaned. The Termino is like a vacuum cleaner that sucks out the noise from the audio system. After plugging in the Termino it will take a minute until you hear cleaner sound, because the Termino needs time to clean the noise. The opposite is true as well, when unplugging the Termino, it will take a minute until you hear dirty sound again. It's important to keep the Termino always plugged in, so that it will continue to clean new noise generated by the equipment. We recommend at least one Termino for every equipment in your audio system. The Abysscurum Termino works equally good for the amplifier, pre-amp, DAC, CD player or other source component. For the cleanest sound, use as many Termino as you can fit into your audio system.

The Abysscurum Termino was fine-tuned by ear to be as neutral as possible without adding any colorations to the sound.


The Abysscurum Crystal Formula is built in small 20 gram batches which gives 1000 times more accuracy than our other Crystal Formulas. The older Terminos used a Crystal Formula mix which was taken from a 20 kg box, but now we measure each tiny mineral separately to 0.01 grams accuracy before placing it inside the Termino plug. This process is extremely time consuming but brings perfection to the sound. The ends are sealed with two forms of clay and black quartz crystals to avoid colorations to the sound. The Abysscurum model is the best and most accurate Termino ever built!

Subjective impressions

The Abysscurum version of Termino has greater performance and neutrality than the older models. The former Supernova Termino was built in both Black and Ice versions which gave different flavors of sound with their own strengths and weaknesses. The Abysscurum Termino has a more balanced and neutral sound, plus extra improvements from the new Crystal Formula.

Compared to Supernova Black, the Abysscurum Termino has higher resolution, more detail, transparency, smoothness, openness and clarity, while still keeping the black background and bass of the Supernova Black.

Compared to Supernova Ice, the Abysscurum Termino has a smoother sound with more bass and a blacker background. The highs are equally open but with higher resolution. The music sounded faster while sounding calmer, darker and more laid-back with greater depth, while still sounding clear and open.

With the Abysscurum Termino I got the best of both worlds, and more! It felt like switching from a single speaker driver into two drivers.
